Aaron’s Wish 2018
Aaron’s Wish 2018 was held on the 28th July, in the elegant Casablanca Room, Lily’s Function Centre, Seven Hills.
Guests enjoyed a wonderful 4 course dinner created by an amazing team of Chefs who generously continue to support Aaron’s Wish, led by Chef Adam Moore and Chef Karen Doyle. The cocktails from Italy in a Glass proved a big hit, along with the beautiful wine (Warburn Estate) and fabulous beer (Momento Hospitality).
The incredible “Broadway Showstoppers” trio had our Guests tapping their toes and singing along with some very familiar tunes – some Guests even joined in fun on stage!
Aaron’s Wish were deeply honoured to have A/Prof Joshua Mccarroll, A/Prof Brian Owler and Mr Peter Dooley as our Guest Speakers. Not only did they all speak beautifully about their respected roles in connection with brain cancer, but covered the full spectrum of Researcher, Neurosurgeon and Patient.
With a huge thank you to all of our wonderful Sponsors, Supporters and Volunteers we raised $66,581 for much needed brain cancer research.
